Delivery
We ship nationwide through Bosta. Here's exactly what to expect.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed off to Bosta within [1 business days] of purchase. You'll get a tracking notification once your order is picked up.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by [SMS/email/WhatsApp]. You can follow your order in real time through Bosta's tracking system.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We collect payment on delivery in cash. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier where possible.
Failed delivery attempts
If you're not available at the time of delivery, Bosta will attempt redelivery [X times / on the following day]. Orders that can't be delivered after [X] attempts will be returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange a reship or refund.
Address accuracy
Make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — we're not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.
