By accessing or using shiftwear.online (the "Site") or placing an order with SHIFT, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.

1. Who we are

SHIFT ("we," "us," "our") is a registered company under Egyptian law, Commercial Registration No. 781987474 operating out of Alexandria, Egypt. Contact: contact@shiftwear.online

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but errors can happen — if a listed price or description is wrong, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel the affected order, and refund you in full.

Stock is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Limited drops may sell out; we're not obligated to restock any specific item or color.

4. Orders & order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guaranteed sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will notify you and issue a full refund if that happens.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery Full payment (or confirmation of COD) is required before an order is processed and shipped. [If using COD: state any confirmation-via-WhatsApp requirement here, consistent with your actual checkout flow.]

6. Shipping

Delivery timelines and fees are listed at checkout and may vary by governorate. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address provided. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control aren't our liability, though we'll help track down a lost order.

7. Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate [Returns & Exchange Policy] page, which reflects your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018. That policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual property

Everything on this Site — the SHIFT name, logo, product photography, written content, and design — belongs to SHIFT and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any of it commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality; scrape, copy, or resell our content or product listings; or place fraudulent orders.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Site for anyone who violates these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, SHIFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your purchase — including but not limited to lost time, lost opportunity, or issues caused by third parties (couriers, payment processors). This does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that can't be waived by contract.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of [the competent Egyptian courts / a named venue — confirm with your lawyer].
